I first came across The Lair online, as they stock a brand I like - Viktoria & Woods. The customer service is really outstanding - it's very rare to find such amazing service. I will continue to keep an eye on what they have available (online but I will be sure to check out the store if I am ever up that way). Highly recommended.

I purchased a belt online and there were some delivery/return issues. The customer service team were super helpful and worked to resolve the problem. I've purchased a belt from them before and it's one of my most worn pieces!

I was recently looked after by Rose - who went above and beyond to get me my item in time for a trip away! (It came the next day) I have been a regular customer with the Lair and always receive prompt and thorough service from their lovely team. Appreciate you guys so much!! ❤️❤️

The best customer service I have ever received! Kate bent over backwards to order me a necklace that was out of stock for my daughters birthday. Shop assistant was lovely with helping me looking at rings and choosing the correct size. Lots of different designs to choose from that are made in the workshop next to them. Would recommend checking out!
